Heated dialogue is such a great way to get a lot of words into your story. Tonight’s writing consisted of about 3 20 min sprints, 1 15 min sprint, 1 10 min sprint and a 5 min warm up sprint. For a total of 90 minutes of writing.
Now, for full disclosure, there were breaks between each sprint so it was not all in 1 sitting. This is the only way I can truly get this much written in one day. Very seldom do I have 90 minutes free for non-stop, uninterrupted writing and to be honest, I would probably get drained early on and the sprints would not be nearly as successful.
Once again, I crushed my goal of 1700 words.
